Improving aviation safety for Mooney pilots

Below are links to other websites and information of interests to our Mooney community:

MooneyFlyers: The official online magazine for the Mooney community whose goal is to educate, inform, and entertain Mooniacs.  https://themooneyflyer.com/

Mooney Airplane Company: While not currently manufacturing new airplanes, the company is still supporting Mooney airplanes through the network of Mooney Service Centers.

Vintage Mooney Group: Is a social group that promotes fellowship and camaraderie of vintage Mooney enthusiasts. While their primary objective is to have fun through organized fly-ins, their members enjoy the opportunity to share their Mooney-specific knowledge and their deep-seated pride in ownership. The VMG originated in Western USA and now includes chapters in the Northeast, Southeast, and South Central USA. Check-out their website to find the next scheduled fly-in in your area.  http://www.flyinglists.com/VMGSouthCentral/

FAA Wings Program: Addresses the primary accident causal factors that continue to plague the general aviation community. By focusing on this objective, the Wings Program hopes to reduce the number of accidents seen each year for the same causes. The program has evolved from an “Award” program to a true proficiency program, designed to help improve our skills and knowledge as pilots.
